I created and led Property Insider, a premium content campaign that reframed property marketing as storytelling. Every listing became a mini case study, blending long-form videos, blog content, architectural detail, and lifestyle insight to connect with buyers emotionally, not just transactionally. To complement the hero content, we launched Property Insider Tours — short, vertical edits optimised for YouTube and Instagram, designed to travel fast and highlight lifestyle moments that matter.

This dual-format system offered both depth and reach helping agents attract high-intent buyers and reinforcing Tommy’s expertise in character listings. As creative and content lead, I delivered the strategy, oversaw production, and directed rollout. The result? A campaign that turned listing videos into lasting stories and reminded the market that character still counts.
