I led the creation of Talking With Tommy’s; a scalable video series that gave the brand’s top agents a platform to show up as educators, not just sellers. We kept things simple: one-minute videos, filmed vertically, answering real questions in real language. Each clip became a gateway to deeper engagement with Tommy’s digital knowledge hub. The format was designed to travel across YouTube, Meta, and paid placements with every asset optimised to feed SEO, social, and CRM channels. By building once and distributing everywhere, we created a content engine that worked on loop.
As creative and content lead, I directed the series from concept through rollout. What started as snackable social became a brand-defining platform proving that when you show up with clarity, consistency, and real voices, people listen.
